Product Owner
Up to €6.5K/month | Hybrid | The Hague
At Dyflexis, we help millions of employees worldwide with our workforce management software. From the bakery around the corner to international hotel and retail chains. The software is powerful, customers are diverse, and no two days are the same. You’ll get to know the product inside out and contribute to something that’s growing rapidly in more than 20 other countries.
How do we do it? We work in a fast-paced environment with short communication lines. There are no unnecessary meetings and no politics. Our focus? Ownership, clear communication, and getting things done together. We move quickly, learn by doing, and continuously improve. As Product Owner, you own a product area end-to-end. You’re the bridge between our customers, the business, and the development team, and you make sure the right things get built, fast.
This is what you’ll do
As Product Owner at Dyflexis, you combine the hands-on ownership of a traditional Product Owner with the commercial instincts of a Product Manager. You work directly with our CEO Matthijs and CTO Osman to shape the roadmap for your product area. Your job isn’t to coordinate, it’s to lead. You decide what gets built, break it down into shippable stories, and keep your cross-functional team focused on work that creates real impact for customers.
You don’t hand off research to someone else. You run customer interviews yourself, collaborate closely with UX to turn insights into concrete stories, and align with stakeholders across support, sales, and consultancy. You think in business value, move fast, and know when to cut scope and when to push back.
Own the product roadmap for your area: set priorities, make tradeoffs, and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work.
Write and break down user stories yourself, working closely with UX to make them small, clear, and ready to ship.
Run customer interviews and research, and translate what you learn into concrete product decisions.
Align with stakeholders across support, sales, and consultancy to understand customer needs and commercial priorities.
Spot opportunities to move faster, simplify scope, or challenge assumptions before they become expensive problems.
This is what you’ll need
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS, tech, or B2B environment.
Strong instincts for business value. You make prioritization decisions with confidence and back them up.
Technical enough to talk to engineers as a peer. APIs and integrations don’t intimidate you.
Proven track record of shipping features with real impact in a cross-functional team setup.
Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
Affinity with AI and AI agents is a plus.
