As a Junior Recruiter at Dyflexis, you’ll help shape the teams that shape our future. Whether it’s growing our HQ in The Hague or finding talent abroad, you’ll be at the heart of how we grow – thoughtfully, sustainably, and with people who truly fit. This isn’t about hiring fast; it’s about hiring right.
This is what you'll do
From day one, you’ll be hands-on in shaping our hiring success: sourcing great talent, screening CVs, and leading first interviews. You’ll craft job descriptions that sound like Dyflexis (never like everyone else), post them on the right platforms, and keep our ATS (Teamtailor) in top shape. Together with hiring managers and our recruitment partner Laura, you’ll make sure every candidate experience is timely, personal, and smooth from the first message to the final offer.
As you grow into the role, your impact will expand fast. You’ll take on more responsibility, start running your own vacancies, and experiment with fresh ideas to attract talent, from exploring new platforms to keeping our outreach sharp and our content engaging. A few hours each week, you’ll also help with HR admin tasks to keep our processes running seamlessly behind the scenes. With every hire, you’ll not only build stronger teams at Dyflexis but also carve out your own growth path in recruitment.
This is what you need
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Confidence in communication and a drive to learn fast
- A basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (bonus if you know your way around an ATS like Teamtailor)
- A sharp eye for good writing and strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus

- A base salary between €3.000 and €3.200 per month (depending on experience)
