This is what you'll do
We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to strengthen our people strategy and help build the HR foundation for our growth.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, supporting everything from HR admin (for example handling leave processes) to strategic projects. You’ll lead initiatives like our salary house, career paths, and onboarding improvements, while supporting recruitment when needed. You’ll ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and help translate business needs into HR solutions that shape our future.
This is what you need
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (5+ years total work experience)
- Proactive, pragmatic, and ready to build
- Leadership potential and ambition to grow into a Team Lead HR role
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law, compliance and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems (NMBRS is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Dutch, German is a big plus

- Starting salary from €4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours)
