What you'll do
As our Database Architect, you'll oversee an ecosystem of 4,500+ databases that power workforce management for 800k users worldwide. Reporting to our Lead DevOps, you'll combine technical expertise with analytical skills to solve complex challenges at scale. Here's what that looks like:

• Design and implement efficient database migrations
• Optimize performance across our database ecosystem
• Scale our architecture to handle growing data demand
• Share knowledge and upskill team member
• Solve complex problems that directly impact our user
• Create structured solutions for technical challenges

What you'll need

• Proven track record in database management at scale
• Experience solving complex database challenges across organizations
• Development experience is a big plus
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Excellence in knowledge sharing and team collaboration
