As Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll shape how millions work and live. From crafting cloud infrastructure to automating deployments: you'll have the freedom to make an impact, without the corporate nonsense.

What you do:
You’ll assume responsibility for all cloud development endeavours. Given our transition from a scale-up to a product-led organisation, this calls for "Infrastructure as code", your Kubernetes and Terraform skills as well as data security and data protection knowledge to maximise your impact.

As our Senior DevOps you report to our Lead DevOps Engineer and CTO, and work in tandem with 3 other people in the infrastructure block. We're a small team but we want to become an elite team that uses automation rather than an army of system administrators that do manual work. Being small allows us to do away with bureaucracy, plan efficiently, and respond to events effectively. 

• Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Kubernetes and Terraform
• Lead strategic planning sessions for platform architecture
• Implement robust data security and protection measures
• Bring fresh ideas and technologies to the team
• Proactively tackle platform performance challenges
• Build automation solutions that scale

What you need:

• Proven track record in building solid cloud infrastructure
• Expertise in PHP, Vue.js 3, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab
• Strong leadership skills to inspire both technical and non-tech stakeholders
• Natural ownership mentality with a 'build it, run it, love it' mindset
• Agency experience is a plus
• Passion for solving complex puzzles
