What you’ll be doing as Lead Frontend Developer at Dyflexis
You’ll be at the heart of developing and designing our workforce management platform joining one of our 4 feature teams. We value creativity and user-friendly solutions, and we are eager to see your innovative ideas come to life. Besides that, as a Lead you’ll help shape our wider frontend strategy. That calls for architectural skills – you team-up with other skilled Frontend Developers (currently 3 FTE) to oversee the whole besides being hands-on only – and a proven talent for getting colleagues behind a technical vision. It is also possible to join as a Senior and get more comfortable as a Lead while you get to know Dyflexis, as a team and as a product. We expect technical leaders to keep an eye on trends and also incorporate external perspectives (e.g., users and our business unit) to align those so we consistently make the right decisions.
You will also:
⊕ Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the frontend vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps, driving execution
⊕ Make critical architectural decisions by guiding your teams to ask the right questions, ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions
⊕ Recruit and develop a cohesive frontend team, fostering collaboration and ensuring they operate effectively as a unit
⊕ Work closely with other teams while keeping up with market trends to incorporate diverse perspectives and maintain a competitive edge
⊕ Continuously develop your skills by tackling difficult tech challenges and applying new technologies to solve complex problems

What you need to succeed
The setting is challenging: 800k users depend on our platform, so stability and scalability must go hand in hand. Moreover, we want to improve the framework, increase robustness, and optimize many features concurrently, including authorization, routing, and component interaction. Granted, this is a challenging role, but the payoff is greater still. If you succeed, you will not only improve the way we approach frontend development, but also positively impact the experience of 800k users (and growing) across the globe.
Your trackrecord shows:
⊕ You know what it takes to build a solid product (agency experience is a plus)
⊕ You can inspire peers, as well as other technical and non-tech stakeholders
⊕ You know your way around Javascript, Vue 3, Docker, Gitlab and some Ionic
⊕ Ownership and initiative come naturally to you – you’re on it, always
⊕ You set systems up from scratch and embrace a ‘build it, run it, love it’ mindset
⊕ You are a passionate and pragmatic problem-solver: no puzzle is too complex!
