As our Sales Consultant, you’ll help our German-speaking team (4 direct colleagues) onboard German organizations. Leverage your consultative sales skills to attract and commit leads in a wide range of verticals. And on an end-to-end basis, so you’ll guide counterparts through the funnel. From initial contact, all the way to actual implementation. You’ll gauge interest, visit key decision makers (virtually and/or physically), present customized demos, and ask all the right questions to help our developers make the required adjustments and turn promising prospects into convinced clients. Leverage your industry knowledge, adopt a client-centric approach, and devise WFM strategies that meet genuine business needs. The setting? Friendly, supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative. The role in five bullets
⊕ Identify promising prospects, as well as key decision-makers, in a wide range of sectors
⊕ Get in touch with prospects, gauge interest, and whet their appetite through data and demos
⊕ Determine counterpart UBRs and provide colleagues with these insights
⊕ Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales process
⊕ Keep in touch with customers after go-live and foster win-win partnerships
Your track record tells us
That you have at least 3 years of sales experience in software-related settings
That you are proficient in two languages: English and German
That you ‘get’ German culture: you know your Kulmbacher from your Thüringer
That you have a proven ability to forge win-win partnerships
That you take the initiative, are willing to travel, and master the art of networking
