Last year, we hired a new business sales team consisting of six Account Executives who will focus on the DACH region. As our new Head of Sales DACH, you take that team into its next phase, from a strong first year to a team that wins. consistently.
This is what you’ll do
As Head of Sales DACH, you own new business sales for the DACH region. You lead six people who spent the past year building out the German speaking markets, and your job is to turn that early momentum into a predictable, scalable new business engine. You report directly to our co-founders, Thomas and Matthijs, and work closely with Max, Head of Sales for our Dutch and international teams, to keep the DACH team and the rest of Dyflexis moving in the same direction. This is a hands-on role: you join calls, step into deals that have stalled, and you’re the person the team calls in for the toughest client conversations.
Lead and grow the DACH new business team (currently six), setting clear targets and giving direct, regular feedback.
Turn the team’s first year on the ground into a repeatable, scalable new business engine for the German market.
Step in personally on complex deals and high-stakes client conversations, where your experience and presence make the difference.
Work closely with Max and our international sales team to align strategy across markets and share what’s working.
Own forecasting and sales reporting for the region, and report progress directly to our co-founders.
Stay sharp on AI tools and trends in sales and bring your team along in using them.
This is what you’ll need
7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. With 3+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally having built or scaled a team from an early stage.
A software or tech background. This is not negotiable; you need to understand how SaaS sales cycles actually work.
Fluent in English and German. Dutch, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne, on-site four days a week.
Comfortable stepping into difficult client conversations and owning the outcome, not just coaching from the sidelines.
AI-fluent. You use AI tools in your own work and expect your team to as well.
Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable building structure and process where none exists yet.
