We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant who helps our customers in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe embrace Dyflexis like they’ve always worked this way.
This is what you do
As an International Implementation Consultant at Dyflexis, you bring structure to change. You’ll lead multiple implementations at the same time and make sure everything runs smoothly. Customers rely on your expertise and communication skills you’re the go-to person for using our software.
Every project starts with an analysis: what’s the customer really trying to achieve? You map their processes, create a realistic plan, and keep track of which stakeholders need to be involved. You deliver projects in a customer-focused way, adjusting when needed without losing the big picture. Whether it’s a retailer, healthcare provider, hotel chain, manufacturer, or logistics company, you dive into their workflows as if it’s your own organization.
Next comes the implementation. Together with your colleagues, you train the future Dyflexis system administrators. You know exactly how to explain our software and have enough business sense to spar with customers at their level. From SMBs to international players, you make sure implementations don’t just run, they work.
As a scale-up, we grow every year, and you get the space to continuously improve how you work. With smart ideas, you help not only our customers, but also your team and our internal processes.
This is what you need
3+ years experience guiding customers to successfully use software
Ability to bring structure to your work, set priorities, and manage expectations
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Flexibility to switch between clients and situations while keeping an overview
Technical curiosity, you don’t need to code, but you pick up tools quickly and explain them clearly
Fluency in Dutch and English (written & spoken), fluency in German or French is a big plus
Flexible approach and an interest in visiting customers on site
