Senior Frontend Engineer (Vue.js)

This is what you’ll do

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Dyflexis, you shape what over a million people use every day, from clocking in to swapping shifts, and you help decide how it’s built. You join a squad with a Product Owner, a UX designer and other engineers, and you turn complex workforce processes into interfaces that feel simple. You work with Vue.js 3 and TypeScript on a shared component library that every squad builds on. We work in six-week cycles: six weeks to build, then two weeks to gather feedback, fix what’s off and plan what’s next.

• Own features end to end, from technical approach to release, with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js 3, Pinia and Vite.

• Shape and grow our shared component library so every squad builds faster and more consistently.

• Make frontend architecture decisions and set the standard for code quality and testing.

• Turn complex workforce processes into fast, intuitive interfaces, together with Product and UX.

• Be the engineer others learn from, through code reviews, pairing and team sessions.

• Take our mobile app further with Ionic and Capacitor.
  

This is what you’ll need

• 5+ years of frontend development, including at least 2 in a senior role shaping frontend architecture.

• Deep experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Vue.js in production.

• Strong fundamentals: you write CSS from scratch and understand what happens under the framework.

• You’ve built reusable components that other developers rely on.

• Product sense: you think about the user first and push back when something doesn’t work for them.

• Ownership: you work autonomously, deliver what you commit to, and flag early when something’s off track.

• You explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues, in English.

• You’ve helped other engineers grow, and you enjoy it.

• Bonus points for mobile app experience (Ionic, Capacitor, Cordova), feature-sliced design, TanStack Query or Vitest.
